21 Gregg St., Wilton, NH 03086
Join us at the Wilton Community Center for the first monthly meeting of the Wilton Writers Workshop facilitated by Eric Notaro. New, aspiring, and established writers of all genres are welcome. Meetings will include a brief discussion of craft, a writing exercise for inspiration, and a workshop discussion for those looking to share their work. Attendees should bring a notebook and writing implement and are encouraged to bring a 1-3 page sample to share and receive feedback on. This group is best for adults.
Eric Notaro has taught writing at colleges and universities in Alaska, Colorado, and New Hampshire. His short fiction has appeared, or is forthcoming, in journals such as Sequestrum, Marathon Literary Review, Zone 3, and other publications. He has also published book reviews and humor for other publications. His fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, and his story collection manuscript was long-listed for the 2023 Electric Book Award by Alternating Currents Press. He is currently developing a stage play for a theater company and is seeking representation for a debut novel.
